West Fork Amateur Radio Club Field Day 2019
Fellow Hams and Interested parties...
Everyone is cordially invited to visit our 2019 Field Day activity to see amateur radio operating in a fun, portable emergency communications exercise with our station operators communicating with fellow hams in all 50 states, and some foreign countries. All visiting hams are invited to operate any of the stations during the Field Day activity. Everyone is invited to visit our hospitality table and GOTA station to learn more about amateur radio, how to get licensed, or affiliate with WFARC.
If you plan to attend Field Day, you will need to advise the OHV Park entrance gate attendant that you will be visiting/participating in the "West Fork Amateur Radio Club Field Day" and you should be admitted free of charge . The Field Day operations will be located at the OHV Park Pavilion located appx 1.5mi from the main entrance gate. The Park Pavilion has a few picnic tables, but it is suggested that you bring your favorite beverages, (no alcoholic beverages allowed in the Park), and lawn chairs. All small children will need to be closely attended as the Pavilion is located on a steep embankment and 4-wheel drive vehicles will be active close by. Hope to see you all there...
